The Gaslight Anthem | Boston, MA

On a rainy October evening, The Gaslight Anthem tour celebrating their return rolled into Boston accompanied by Jeff Rosenstock.

Jeff Rosenstock got the crowd moving, opening with “NO TIME”. Their set included songs such as “Scram!” and “State Line” from their newest album No Dream, with some hits from Worry like “Wave Goodnight to Me” and “Festival Song”, along with POST- mixed in.

The Gaslight Anthem had a dramatic entrance, shrouded by fog. As they took the stage, the crowd erupted. Opening with “Have Mercy” and continuing into “Old White Lincoln”. In between songs, vocalist Brian Fallon went on a few tangents regarding the hit movie Bring It On starring Kirsten Dunce, along with why Stouffer’s macaroni and cheese is the best food to exist. Their set was a perfect combination of their discography, playing “Rollin' and Tumblin'” live for the first time since 2015.
