On July 12th, 2024 boy band New Kids On The Block took over Germania Insurance Amphitheater in Austin, Texas for their Magic Summer Tour. On this tour they brought along long time friends DJ Jazzy Jeff and Paula Abdul to open up the show.

To kick off the evening DJ Jazzy Jeff, of the hip-hop duo DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince, gets the nostalgic crowd dancing in the isles spinning classic 80s hip hop hits. Closing out with the iconic song used for the Fresh Prince of Bel Air TV show

Up next Paula Abdul takes the stage with a mesmerizing performance. Paula and her backup dancers flip and spins while singing all her hits proving she not only still has it but she in fact never lost it. She shouts out her dancers and lighting crew who work hard alongside her to put on a truly amazing show.

To end our night we are transported back to the 80s for New Kids On The Block. In a word. The night was “Magic”. New Kids put on an amazing performance

 bringing that very magic to the masses over the last 30 years.  With the same crowd having grown up with them, passing music down to new generations of Blockheads. NKOTB knows what the fans want and. They sang the songs fans come to expect from their early albums while also sprinkling in songs from their top 40 album, "Still Kids" that was released in May. The connection New Kids maintain with their fans is phenomenal and the love is felt throughout. Still Kids indeed.
