The Beths | Atlanta, GA

On March 7th, The Beths brought their New Zealand sound to The Masquerade on the Heaven Stage in Atlanta, bringing Boston native Sidney Gish along for the ride. The two indie rock artists brought the good feelings throughout the night, having everyone enjoying their presence.

Taking the stage around 8PM, Sidney Gish started the night with a cover of “Rawnald Gregory Erickson the Second” by STRFKR, which truly began the night with beautiful yet melancholic beats, having everyone closing their eyes and swaying along to the sound. As Sidney Gish went deeper in the set, her hits “Sin Triangle” and “Presumably Dead Arm” had everyone singing along and relishing in Gish’s great presence.

As the clock hit 9:15PM, the stage went dark and the crowd cheered “Beths! Beths! Beths!” Immediately, an instrumental version of “Future Me Hates Me” filled the venue and everyone began singing as The Beths took their place on stage. The New Zealand band did not miss, having hit after hit with “Acrid”, “Jump Rope Gazers”, and ending the night with a great encore of “You Are a Beam of Light” and “Little Death.” The Beths truly brought their best to Atlanta, and fans can’t wait for their return.
