Tigers Jaw | Atlanta, GA

Tigers Jaw, along with Glitterer and Heart Attack Man, popped in for a visit at Terminal West in downtown Atlanta in celebration of their new Old Clothes EP. Starting off the night strong, Glitterer took the stage and immediately started with their most popular and well-known song “The Race” (from their 2019 album Looking Through the Shades). As the crowd started to settle in, people were moved by Glitterer’s riveting vibes. From his work in Title Fight to now, Ned Russin shares his strong vocals in a more indie rock setting and sets the tone for a sensational night.

Heart Attack Man, the punk rock band out of Cleveland, Ohio did not disappoint either. Bringing a newfound energy to the crowd, they had everyone jumping on their feet. A massive pit opened up almost immediately, and smiling faces were seen on all the crowd surfers. Ending with “Leap Year,” not one person was standing still. Heart Attack Man did a fantastic and memorable job in hyping up the crowd for what was to come.

When the lights dimmed and Brianna Collins of Tigers Jaw started her slow and meaningful “Never Saw It Coming,” all emotions were felt in the crowd. After that, songs from their previous albums were played, with plenty coming from I Won’t Care How You Remember Me and their self-titled album. Throughout the night, the energy of the crowd stayed consistent with the sound - swaying for the slower, more emotional songs, but bumping and moshing for the pop-punk style tunes. Out of all the songs from the set, the crowd found “Plane vs Tank vs Submarine” and “The Sun” to be the most electrifying, with a massive pit that everyone wanted to be a part of.

Tigers Jaw did a great job in keeping the crowd engaged. Between almost every other song, Ben Walsh and Brianna Collins would explain the meaning behind each song - how it helped them find who they were and how they wanted the listeners to receive it. During the songs, their energy was electric, encouraging many to join them. Putting on a show that cannot be missed, Tigers Jaw kept the spirit high and the music blaring.
