The Death We Seek Tour made its way to a sold-out show at Baltimore Soundstage on June 7th, with a lineup consisting of Currents, Like Moths To Flames, Invent Animate, and Foreign Hands.

Foreign Hands kicked off the night playing fan favorites, "Separation Souvenir", "Tearing Down Your Reality", and "Hesitation Marks". The set showed off the band's mixture of hardcore, metalcore, and pure energy.

Invent Animate took the stage next. The set list consisted of "Shade Astray", “Absence Persistent", "Elysium", and "Immolation of Night" which the fans loved. The crowd constantly matched the band's energy as each song was performed. The band has a unique ambient progressive metalcore sound that matches their stage presence.

As soon as Like Moths To Flames took the stage, the crowd started moshing. They opened the set with "Ameliorate". At one point, vocalist Chris Roetter challenged the crowd on which side could be the loudest, which got the crowd riled up even more. They continued playing heavier songs which got the crowd surfers going. The band closed their set with a fan favorite, "Bury Your Pain". The crowd sang every word with Chris, and there was constant crowd surfing and bodies moving.

It finally came time for Currents to take the stage. Opening with the title track, "The Death We Seek", which set the mood for the rest of the evening. The crowd started moving as the pounding drums and heavy guitar riffs filled the room. Every song the band played, you could see the massive energy the band had, which the crowd reciprocated. Currents slowed things with "Kill the Ache", which showcased the vocalist Brian Wille's impressive vocal range. Bassist Christian Pulgarin was constantly two-stepping, jumping, and spinning during the entire set. The band closed out the night with a fan favorite, "Apnea", but before playing the song, the vocalist asked the crowd to split the room in half for a wall of death.
