Knocked Loose | Madison, WI

Knocked Loose’s second studio album, A Different Shade of Blue, release tour is being supported by Stick To Your Guns, Rotting Out, Candy, & SeeYouSpaceCowboy. I had the privilege to cover the launch on Tuesday, October 1 in Madison, WI at the Majestic Theatre. Despite the show being on a weeknight, there was a great turnout. Before the show started, the venue was at about half capacity, but by the time Rotting Out, the third opening act, went on the Majestic was packed full. From start to finish, fans of all ages showed their support for hardcore music. The crowd was moving, but it was incomparable to when, Kentucky-based band, Knocked Loose took the stage. The pit was formidable and there were many bumps and bruises at the end of the show to prove it! The North American leg of this tour will conclude on November 10 in Chicago, IL; so, if it is not too late, make sure to catch a show near you.

Allie Loven

My name is Allie Loven. I am a concert and portrait photographer based out of the Chicagoland area. I started shooting smaller local shows when I was 14 and never quit, with the exception of a two year break because of Covid. Even when shows weren’t happening I never put my camera down. I was always taking portraits with my friends and family. I’ve been working with CHARMMusic since 2017 and I don’t plan to stop anytime soon. My favorite genres of music are rap, hardcore/metalcore, and pop punk, but my listening is not limited to just those. Some of my favorite bands/artists are Movements, Knocked Loose, The 1975, EST Gee, and Juice Wrld. I know, it’s a wild variety. Besides photography, I work with children and will be continuing my schooling to eventually become an elementary age teacher. I am also vegan and adore animals of all kinds (cows are my favorite). I’m very lucky to have had the opportunities that CHARM has brought to me and I am excited for what’s to come. My instagram is @allielovenphotography and my twitter is @dem0ny0uth if you ever want to say hey or wanna create some art together <3
