Oceano | Chicago, IL

The Living Chaos Tour ended in chaos at Cobra Lounge in Chicago, home to the headline band, Oceano. Half Me, from Germany (and on their first tour in America), kicked off the night, opening with “Wraith” - and the room immediately opened up into one large pit. The band closed their set out with “Quitter Talk” and “Denial.”

VCTMS took the homeown stage to “Twist the Rage” and the room kept moving, and soon people started stage diving. Before the second-to-last song, frontman John said, “You ever play Halo? Well we are gonna play oddball! I have this football and whoever brings it to me at the merch table gets free merch. One rule… you need to stay in the pit,” then tossed it to the middle of the room. Chaos ensued as the intro panic chords of “What Doesn't Kill Me” begins to play.

Up next was To the Grave, Australian-based band opening up with “Set Your Self On Fire (In Public)” and “DxE or Die”. With the room lights on, the room kept moving as people kept intense energy up.

Finally, the room went dark, stage lights turned green, and Oceano took the stage in their hometown for the last night of the Living Chaos Tour. Starting off with older songs “Lucid Reality” and “Revelation” before playing songs off their latest release Living Chaos. Continuing on with “Wounds Never Healed” and the first single off the new album “Mass Produced.” After playing “District of Misery,” Adam said “we have two more, that's it, just two more. There are no more songs after that, so this is your last chance,” before closing out with “The Taken” and “Dead Planet.” The lights turned on and everyone left covered in sweat after having seen a legendary show.
