Tove Lo | Detroit, MI

Tove Lo + Alma at St. Andrews Hall in Detroit, MI on February 18th, 2020

It’s safe to say waiting years to see Tove Lo perform was worth it. Even with an ankle boot on and sitting on that throne, she owned what she had to work with. Keeping a crowd’s energy so high with so little was incredibly shocking but even more incredible to watch. From opening the set with her intro to her newest masterpiece, Sunshine Kitty into “Glad He’s Gone” and ending with her latest empowering single “BikiniPorn” it was a visually driven show with the art and light displays behind her production. Tove Lo is one of those artists that owns her craft of writing music that has free-spirited energy, so to see her delivering just that on this tour was pleasing. The images in this gallery do not do her performance justice.
