Enter Shikari | Chicago, IL

Following the release of A Kiss for the Whole World on April 21st (which reached #1 in the UK), Enter Shikari made their way to North America for three shows - one of which in Chicago on May 5th at Bottom Lounge. Opening up the night was Chicago pop-punk locals Fluorescents, and playing to a sold-out crowd gave them the energy to get the people pumped for the rest of the night.

“And still we will be here, standing like statues,” the crowd chanted as Enter Shikari took the red lit stage opening with a new song “(pls) set me on fire”. There was no shortage of energy throughout the hefty hour and fifteen minute long set. The band covered a good amount of their discography with songs like “Juggernauts”, “Anything Can Happen in the Next Half Hour” and closing out the night with “{ The Dreamers Hotel }”.
