Eat Your Heart Out "Can't Stay Forever" Album Review

Caitlin Henry (vocalist) carries the perfect balance of pop and rock intricacies that pair with the punchy instrumentals brought in Eat Your Heart Out’s newest album release, Can’t Stay Forever. In the single “Twenty Something”, Caitlin truly emphasizes this in her cadences and vocal flips. Enrapturing and effortless, her voice carefully navigates this record for its entire run time.

The mesmeric feel of the melodics in each song from this release takes us through an ethereal journey that can only be experienced within the music. Though there are slight mood changes within every piece, they all easily flow into one another, giving the album a robust and whole warmth.

Full of masterful projection and production, this release lends absolutely every bit of feeling anyone could ask for. My personal favorite is “Sour” - it’s giving a major movie soundtrack from the early 2000’s vibes me.

10/10
