Oliver Hazard | Nashville, TN

On Tuesday night, The Basement East filled to the brim with folk fanatics to hear Oliver Hazard and The 502’s live.

Opening the Fresh Squeezed Happiness Tour, the three piece band made it their mission to win over the room. They didn’t let the hum of conversation from the crowd bother them as they played through fan favorites like “Caesar Knows” and “Illinois”, as well as their newest song, “Ballerina”.

The band asked for some crowd participation for their song “Fly Right”, and halfway through their set the crowd finally began to quiet down and listen to what was being performed for them.

The tight 45 minute set sounded phenomenal from anywhere in the room - whether it was off to the side, back by the soundboard, or right smack in the middle.

Oliver Hazard and The 502’s are on tour through March.
