Modest Mouse | Atlanta, GA
Modest Mouse was ready to play at The Tabernacle in Atlanta 5 months ago when Isaac Brock felt uncomfortable all of a sudden. The frontman took a COVID test and it was, unfortunately, positive. The show was postponed and left many fans desolate, especially those that have been waiting a long time to see the Golden Casket Tour. Five months after the positive, on 9/11/2022, Isaac Brock came onstage saying he was ready, and this time, "with a lot less COVID." With his banjo in hand, the frontman started with "King Rat," and those same fans that were there a few months before couldn't help but scream the entire song.

The Summer Set "Blossom" Album Review
Blossom, the first collection of new music from pop-rock outfit The Summer Set in six years, sees the band pick right back up without missing a single beat. Led by Brian Logan Dales’ instantly recognizable voice and backed by instrumentals that carry the band’s iconic brand of upbeat neon-tinged pop rock into the modern day, this record showcases a refined, matured, and perhaps most importantly, a reinvigorated version of the band.

Intervention "The World Is Screaming" Album Review
This album brings to mind soundtracks of teen movies of the early 2000s, as well as the rock bands so often seen performing in them that leave you wondering if the band is real or fictional. There is no question when it comes to this band, Intervention is the real deal.
JER "Bothered/Unbothered" Album Review
Any fans of ska or punk with a focus on lyricism are sure to fall in love with JER’s debut album, Bothered/Unbothered. Easily a contender for Album of the Year, JER tears it up from start to finish with heavy-hitting lyrics, high-energy melodies, and a smashing horn section.
